erm duno what i meeni put jpegs into flash and make em dance around like mechanical poos...when i export they go all dotty and pappy...ill try find example

flash isn't very goodat exporting to gifs. your best bet is to make the animation in flash and then export each frame as a jpeg or png (you can export a whole sequence of frames). then use something like animation shop to stick all the separate frames together as a gif.

Flash is lovely!But a complete gubber when it comes to animated gifs, 'tis true. You could always post a link to 'em (like I do).
