does anyone here use flash for b3ta animations ? my animated gifs look like animal sick

i put jpegs into flash and make em dance around like mechanical poos...when i export they go all dotty and pappy...ill try find example

at exporting to gifs. your best bet is to make the animation in flash and then export each frame as a jpeg or png (you can export a whole sequence of frames). then use something like animation shop to stick all the separate frames together as a gif.

I have just produced the one below using 4 jpg's and animation shop which comes with Paint Shop Pro 7

Crappy but it works and the quality is not too bad.
