# Following on from yesterdays triumph
I'm having Haggis Filled Scotch Pies (Homemade Natch !)
With Colcannon Mash
Mashed swede and carrots
Onion Gravy.

Washed down with a couple of bottles of McEwans Champion and a large Lagavulin.

I may or may not have a Strawberry Fab for afters.

Then it's off to the pub for more Beer and a Slutty Barmaid.

my local baker make fine haggis, neep and tattie pies. Lagavulin a very braw whisky too.

The neeps and tatties into the dip in the top of the pies and poured the gravy over the lot.
I know how to eat Scotch Pies.
I really should take more photo's.
I like the smoky peatiness of Lagavulin.
It's got a right Kick to it.
