
I did Kick Boxing for 6 years whilst at school in walton.
then did Shaolin Kung fu in Epsom which was the mutts but very painful.
and last year started Akido in Kingston which is very very cool but had to give it up after doing my shoulder in.
avoid Karate.....daniel son!

why avoid?
I can't do anything throwing ones cos me back, and I don't particularly like pain, so kick boxing's out, so what SHOULD I do instead?

the training will get you SERIOUSLY fit, even if you dont want to get into a ring.

my mates missus does yoga, she'w lost loads of weight and is now well fit and supple.
then you can be like sting and do tantric sex.
Yoga gets you well strong because you have to hold the poses for sooooo bloody long.

it puts you at your natural weight. But you do get strong. (Well I didn't, but everyone else did).
