i bought some freakish cds a while back of old british wartime songs and adverts and such. they're in a stack of things to listen to, but i've got a marlene dietrich cd on now and it's a riot.

What software do you use for anims like that?

# i use flash for all my anims
but something like this uses a selection really... grab the base frames from video (i use virtual dub), make the extra objects (eyes, mouth) in photo editing software then pull together in flash
