I've seen that before...My mum's a jeweller. Once, she poured some kind of powder onto a silver brooch and set fire to it. It looked just like that, except with less blue fringing. And much smaller. Any idea what that might have been, anyone? She's denying all knowledge, and it was way too cool to let lie at that.
