Oooooh, my mum went apeshit at Wycombe hospital yesterday- my dad was in for elec. surgery on his knee and sh'es going to kill the entire pharmacy dept (they were astoundingly rude to her). Plus they moved him from T+O up to Urology then back down to T+O, bedshifting when they didn't need to. And when he was going to be discharged no consultant could be found, nobody answered their pages and she had to get on the blower to a mate in admin to find out who the gen.manager was.


She's well unimpressed. They've taken on the wrong person as well, she's worked at the NHS for 19 years and she's good mates with pretty much everyone's boss.
