does illerate mean i can or cant read? litterate, or is it like inflamable and flamable?

illiterate means he can not read
but dyslexic means his brain has a tendency to mix up letters in words lkei tihs

Well, I was thinking it was about the Ides of March
Ides sounding like AIDS...
but the Ides of March are on the 15th, not the 13th... so now I just don't know anything anymore about any...thing.
