i would be going insane. although, as an alternative to work, it might be bearable. im just dreading the next fire strike. i live next to a fire station and when they had that last 8 day one every twat in a car thought it would be ace to beep their horn in support. little realising that people lived in the vicinity, and may actually want to sleep. i spent a weekend in me flat during that stint and almost went insane. gave the firefighters a bollocking when i got back pished one night, and i felt really guilty when they posted apology letters to all residents the next day...

so i think my rant was justified. almost as irritating as when i lived in glasgow and was woken up at about 7 30 on a saturday morning after a night on the beer, by the world bagpipe championships taking place on glasgow green behind me flat. all fucking day that went on. if only id had a gun there would have been serious casualties that day.
