Oh I don't know...photoshop is pretty good for making vectors. IVV uses photoshop exclusively I think. So do I, for what it's worth (95% of the time anyway).

A good vector is a clever thingbut I do think that often a filter (or just posterise) would be better than some of the poorer vectors.

yea I really do like photoshops ability to do vectorsbut I just don't think it looks as clean as Illustrator :)

I combine both Photoshop and Illustrator.Probably the least efficient way of doing it though.
