# Neither product requires animal rennet.
There are multilple veggie alternatives, and as I said earlier I think some of the veggie products are actually cheaper.
My guess is that Mars have found a supplier that's cheaper overall, but who happen to use rennet in their process. I really hope they regret this and have to change back. Not that I have anything against Mars, but if they are able to do this without losing money in the long run it sets a worrying precedent from my point of view.

Everyone whining just cos it's got a bit of stomach in it - they should eat chocolate that's actually made of the stuff chocolate's supposed to be made of and not crappy vegetable oil etc, bleurgh.
