Hi there

300kb is a bit too big for a static image. 50kb is the recommended size.
I'm sure you can optimize this without spoiling the look of it too much, and I'm sure the dial-up and capped broadband users would appreciate it :)

Edit: You're welcome to upload this optimized version to your hosting. Please don't link to the one on my hosting though, I'll be removing it shortly.
