
Filter-Artistic-Cutout
* Number of Levels: 2
* Edge Simplicity: 3 or 4
* Edge Fidelity: 3
Ctrl + L to bring up the Levels Dialog. Drag your sliders until your image is only black and white.
Now go to Filter - Blur - Gaussian Blur and set it to 1.0 pixels to get rid of the jagged edges.
To smoothe the edges a little just bring up the Curve dialog by pressing CTRL + M and adjust it till the edges are crisp.
ooh yea make a duplicate of the original image just in case ;)

I'm basically doing a cover for both Weeks and Days...kind of a matching set. Now its just a matter of doing the spines and back covers....Maybe even an inside...
