I love stew
I might make some stew at the weekend. I will let it simmer for hours and hours.

Beef is best
I like to add some red wine vinegar and a totally random selection of vegetables.

stews are best when you empty the fridge and the cupboard into a pot
pour over wine or beer or tomato and cook slowly... :D

oh, I always have lots of tomato
and I use a pot as big as a fucking car so I can eat stew day after day. As the Duke of Prunes has pointed out in the past, it's always best on the third day after cooking.
