listed the little bit of silence between two of his tracks as "With thanks to John Cage" as a joke ( JC was the composer of post-modern 'music' "33 minutes of Silence" (or whatever, nazis) in which a whole orchestra turns up, sets up, and then plays nothing at all - it's a comment on the importance of silence in music, apparently).

John Cage's estate took the indie kid to court for breach of copyright, and, I believe, won.
