# Does anyone know what this thing is called?

It's a glass bulb that has little pieces of paper on the four points that have white on one side and black on the other.

It spins around under light.
Anyone?

# I had a really good idea involving one of these earlier,
and I want to make sure it hasn't been done before I start blurting it out on the internet.

If you can work it out, please send me a gaz or something.
