# Wotcha after-work shift
I made you* a picture

Click it for biggers

Also; I need some advice.
What is the best/cheapest way to get my PS2 to play other region dvds?
I've been looking at DVD Region X, but there are loads of versions/copies of it, and frankly I'm a bit suspicious that there aren't more Ebay listings for it, usually if something is widely used then it's on Ebay.

*not you specifically, but you can look anyway

# AFTER work?
Does that mean I can go now?

*glees*

# I don't even START until 9pm tonight :(
I just noticed that the day shift appears to have buggered off due to the time, and there is mostly a new crowd now

# I buggered off due to lack of hummus
(mine, not the boards)

But I'm back despite this for the remnants of the day... Starting at 9pm though? Ouch... you're not a FUHL are you?

# Sadly no
If I were I might have more prospects/management support right now, the NHS is pretty fucked but you can't deny that they are big on chain of command!

I'm a care worker for a private 'charitable organisation'

# Ah but wait!
This mans that you can, with enough experience, undertake Social Work training, and then you've got chain of command, salary you can live on AND a professional qualification!

(none of which explains why I make ringtones instead of doing something worthwhile)

# Yeah, I'd considered something along those lines
Not sure where to start though, and don't want to waste my time on more qualifications without knowing where I'm heading this time

# They've introduced new working hours at our place
It's most confusing :(

# Hahah! took me a second
But yeah, squeeze dem employees for all they're worth. Barstards.

# nicely...

# just a thought,
burn them to your computer then copy them to suit
your ps2's region.
takes a few hours but cheap.
(, Tue 11 Dec 2007, 17:28, archived)
# You can get that Region X for under a tenner if you go to the right place
It seems to be cheaper and less hassle in the long run to go with something like that
(, Tue 11 Dec 2007, 17:29, archived)
# sounds reasonable
i know bugger all about ps2's, i thought they were games things, didn't know they played dvd's as well.
but i do know how to burn a dodgy dvd.

# Hahaha
Nicely!

/still at w**k

# I used DVD Region X for a while
It does the job, but you have to put it in every time before you watch a DVD.
(, Tue 11 Dec 2007, 17:38, archived)
# Aye
I'm not going to be using it much though so I don't think it would be a bad alternative to actually modding the console.

I guess I've pretty much answered my own question really, I was just really curious about why it isn't about more if it's the best option

Edit: Also, did you purposefully not answer my query about your book earlier, or did you just miss it?
(, Tue 11 Dec 2007, 17:43, archived)
# I missed it
what was your question?

EDIT: Ah right, it's a cyberpunk thing. Butch men who get heroically injured, sexy women with mysterious pasts, AIs who want something inscrutable, violence, and bagpipe players busking.
