# My first attempt at using Illustrator


anyone know where I can find some absolute beginner tutorials? I can only find some that assume some basic knowledge of how to use it.

I don't know, I never learned Illustrator. Only shop and Quark etc. Manwife could help, but he is at work, designing ting.

He's pretty much had to retrain me in shop as I'd forgotten a lot of it, but not the retouching. That I remembered.

the only way i manage to get away with fewer seams is because of my dirt cheap tablet, i have no idea how i'd cope with just a mouse no matter what app' i was using, i'm far too cack handed.

I was bought a tablet for christmas, and I'm far too cack handed to use it! I'm far better with the mouse :(

and play, it's easy, just like using a normal pen, don't look at the stylus/pen thing just watch the screen you'll get a feel for it in no time.
