My photoshop skills lack badly.

# make it all greyscale so that it looks old
and when i do a head swap
i make the layer with the 'new' head semi transparent, then rotate and resize it until the eyes and mouth roughly match eth e 'old' face, and then make it normal opacity.

then using a soft edge eraser, blend it in

Yeah, i'll do a re-make, grey-scale it, glasses, oh .. and as for faces, i'll keep that in mind.
