I can just see alot of people objecting.
Like the other day when The Amero posted a picture similar to this (sans Eddie Murphy) with the caption, "LOL AIDS". A lot of people responded with, "*ignore*".

especially as the term Third World
is basically an outdated and quite racist concept. There is no such thing as second world countries since the cold war finished up and most third world countries have areas of development matching or surpassing the general first world ones.
But at least it'll make people think a bit :)

That's some serious optimism
with regards to people thinking a bit.

I was 30ft tall, made entirely of bronze and had a monkeys living in my shoes.

Yep.
We can do things on b3ta that aren't part of the compo.
Maybe it could be a calender event or something.

Maybe it could be a calender event or something.
Good idea.
Then you can get people to sign up and assign partners if required.
As a challenge it would be a logistical nightmare.

Very much so.
And not very inclusive for newbies. Calender event could work.

Just about the only time I ever complained to the Advertising Standards Authority
was when American Express ran a campaign on TV which supposedly said "do everything - do everything - do everything", but blatantly what flashed up on screen was "do E - do E - do E". Apparently I wasn't the only one to notice it either, as it got removed fairly quickly
