# Is it post pink vector lady day?
I didn't get the memo :(
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:27, archived)
# Yeah, it did go spectacularly wrong.
I may edit it sometime.
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:28, archived)
# I'd leave it
and post it in that context...

Lines on the face are way to harsh, gives it a masculine bone structure.

# It was only my second or so try at that style, though.
The first being b3ta's Mushroom.
I'd sorted out the kinks by the time I did this:

He looks like Johnny Borrell.

# I don't know why links go funny when used like that, it's confusing.
But I don't know who Johnny Borrell is.
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:42, archived)
# how do you mean links go funny?
looks ok to me, b3ta converts the full address into a link and strips the http bit off.

anyway, johnny borrell's the lead singer of razorlight. many might view this as a bad thing, but it did get him into kirsten dunst's pants. some people might view this as a bad thing, but she's famous and american, and he likes the idea of being famous and american.

# No, click the link.
And I would view getting into Kirsten Dunst's pants as a pretty good thing.
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:46, archived)
# i would too
but i've met quite a few people who think she's rank. they're fools, but there's quite a lot of them.

still don't get you -- i click the link and it opens in a new tab and everything's fine... ah well.

# It's a friend of mine, from school.
Turns out she's also Elvis of Nazareth's cousin, and he lives in Wadebridge (where I go to school).
He went to my school, in fact.
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:40, archived)
# Well it's rather beautifully done
and I hope you showed her it.

See, this is why you should post more things that are really good.... ;)

# I gave her updates as I was making it :]
I was waiting for Killerkitti to come online, so I said I would vector her while I waited.

# this is a drawing of an underage girl
under the new laws being pushed through government you can probably be locked up with a group of paedos and rapists
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:25, archived)
# did you see this then?
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:27, archived)
# golly.
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:31, archived)
# yeah I heard
I'm still to find the exact ruling they are pushing for here. But seeing as various established artists have been speaking out about it and asking if it means portraits from the national gallery have to be removed I think it's probably a little too open ended a law.
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:39, archived)
# Really it should depend on the reason the image was created.
But people could easily lie about their motive, so they're better off leaving it as it is.
At least it's not actually hurting any real children, if it's a drawing of a person and is completely fictional, I suppose.
But they can piss a lot of people off going about it this way D:
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:59, archived)
# Hahahahah!
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:28, archived)
# yeah but he's underage too
so they'd whack him in some detention centre instead
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:36, archived)
# Does that mean I escaped jail by 5 days?
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:37, archived)
# Yep
But when you turn 16 they'll drag you back from the detention centre and chuck you into the middle of the shower room with a sign hung around your neck reading "Will suck and fuck in return for being pissed on"
(, Tue 10 Jun 2008, 10:39, archived)
# Noooooooooooooooooo!
