I use spreadhirt - they do vinyl and flock printing (for single colours) which is better.

I'm going to see how it goes - maybe a screenprint eventually.

I've also done this to share my OCD with the general public :

It used to be quite liberating shaving my head & I never worried about going bald.

I had to grow it when I finally qualified, people dont want their accountants looking like escaped convicts (or so I was told).
