We're with BT for another year or so, because my stepdad got a contract, and BT DOESN'T FUCKING WORK.
And they're not fucking british, either!
Whenever we call, we spend three times as much time and money getting them to repeat themselves because we can't understand a word they're saying.

Then someone uses the phone and it disconnects completely.
