no worries

what software do you have?

I had a play and got the 912k version down to 240k using imageready.

I dropped the colors to 16 / adaptive.
and the dithering to 44%.

It doesn't look as sharp, but its a pass for here.

EDIT: I don't mean that its too big. you've linked, which is magic.
I just want to see the big version on the page rightway as its worth it.

EDIT: I cant get this down to 150k even if I crop - So your links are the best thing to do.
