Can you help me please? I would like to know how you do your animations so wonderful, so that this can be made betterer, or so I can do animations nicer/quicker/easier in future.

er, I do animations in lots of different ways
none of them are particularly fast.
All I would suggest with stuff like that is maybe add some blur to the bits that are moving (just smudge them a bit), soften them a little when they are static so they match the background more (just smudge them a bit), and maybe add a drop shadow (not done by smudging them a bit) so it sits in the scene a bit more.
