# The Sun was on a nicking frenzy from that compo on Saturday.

# Not just that compo, my image wasn't entered into it :)

# Blimey! So they've actually had to visit more than one web page for their material?
...an unprecedentedly high level of journalistic integrity from the Nation's Favourite there then.

I think they were trying to retaliate in a feeble way for the Julie Moult thing ;)

# I've already emailed someone about it, and am awaiting a reply :)

# Good skills!
It's the fact that they try and slap their own copyright on it that gives me the pip.

# I have an idea about that, I've just got to find the right person to help...

# Wasn't Riverghost instrumental in the Nuts/Zoo thing? He'll probably be up for the scrap!
Personally I'm not fussed, 'cos I don't do any of this kind of thing for a living. They nicked one of mine from the extending album art compo a while back and I was actually quite chuffed. But I can see how anyone who makes money out of this kind of behaviour should be entitled to compensation if their stuff is used.

Don't most of the 'pro' b3tans work under creative commons or similar?

# Not necessarily a scrap needed,
I dealt with the NUTS/ZOO thing before, and NUTS at least are now playing ball to all concerned, - to their credit.
ZOO on the other hand went quiet. Very quiet.
I've dealt with the Sun and also the Times before, and received an amicable resolution to each case.
I just need to test a theory on something...
