Other than the key above caps lock?

# Tab clear, made by coke cola
it was lovely, then the cunts stopped making it

I haven't had any since I was in New York :(
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:37, archived)
# yes, I liked mountain dew too
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:39, archived)
# The asian supermarket next to my house sold mountain dew for a while earlier this year.
It had the logo in both english AND arabic. Was quite nice.

# Don't troll me about this please
the issue is over I've gone back to my badger icon - it's not a male badger although I wish Pecker would make me a girl badger perhaps with a bow in her hair so that it doesn't confuse your gender preconceptions. OK?
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:31, archived)
# why is a badger male?
That's just a ludicrous assumption.
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:34, archived)
# Ask Lord Mue he seems hung up over the fact.

# Cheer up, it's only the internet.

# Then that being so - which it is
get over the badger issue
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:41, archived)
# I didn't realise you were taking me so seriously.
It was only a suggestion. I have nothing against badgers.
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:44, archived)
# Ah ok then we are cool
it was just that you harped on about it so much I thought you really did have issues.
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:49, archived)
# which is why you should not say
things to people that you'd not say to their face in their local pub.
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:44, archived)
# I would have no problem saying "Alright there, your badger looks like a boy"
to someone in the pub. Well, as long as they actually had a badger.
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:46, archived)
# I know
and I'm not having a go at you. It was just me responding to a comment I hate "it's only the internet" often seems to give people the impression that that can, from the anonymous safety of their bedroom, be abusive and threatening as if internet words are not the same as real-life words.
I'm an old fashioned, old fella who thinks that it's just courtesy to only call someone a cunt if you think you can get away with it to their face in their pub.

# Nice speed camera action!
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:23, archived)
# I actually like Top Gear
although Jeremy is a rather over-opinionated twunt and his views about speed limits don't hold water 70mph is a reasonable enough speed you can really do some road-kill at much lesser speeds ;)
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:26, archived)
# haha. I love you.
but you are mad. There is no such thing as being over opinionated. Just teats that are uncomfortable with having others brave enough to speak out.
Also There should be no national speed limits set. There should just be reasonable limits set for roads determined by the circumstances.
120mph on the M1 at 3am in the morning should be no bother to anyone.
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:33, archived)
# Well that depends
I'm a busdriver for a living and the majority of near-misses involving motorists cutting up the bus I'm driving is down to idiots who think they can drive at high speeds and obviously can't. 120mph on a motorway is dangerous at anytime of the day - are you absolutely sure that your tyre isn't going to explode, perhaps after hitting a stone or piece of junk you find of all roads? It's really not necessary if you want to speed go to a circuit.
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:37, archived)
# I've been going to track days for years
but speed on the motorway for me has nothing to do with thrills, certainly not at my age. I just hate travelling and the sooner I can get anywhere the better.
I've driven the Nürburgring a few times and was a grass track racer in my youth and now have my advanced license.
I'm not advocating idiocy, just that I think speed restrictions should be road specific for the circumstances on that road rather than just being blanket national restrictions.
Just my opinion of course.

(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:42, archived)
# I'm in favour of somekind of advance driving certificate
if you can prove you can handle driving at speed and are fully aware of the hazards of speeding then perhaps you should have a higher National Speed limit for those drivers - however what I have learnt is that "Monkey See, Monkey Do" and Top Gear does a lot of Monkeying about.
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:48, archived)
# Brave enough to speak out
and then ignore everyone who tells you you're full of shit?
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:48, archived)
# it was no bother to the cop car that went past me
in zero visibility

:)

# Me and my other American Top Gear friends and relatives find him quite amusing and generally inoffensive if not endearing
I have always wondered if there was something to that
(, Thu 13 Nov 2008, 18:49, archived)
# Not really he is pretty inoffensive and funny at times
which is why I like Top Gear and it does push the boundries of comedy/info entertainment whatever you classify Top Gear as. But it's not really the Clarkson's of the world we need to fear but the wannabe Clarkson's who are on our roads everyday in every city.
