it's all to easy to give a dismal excuse for an opinion based upon a knee-jerk reaction about the poor standards in Social Services. The fact they are massively underfunded and the Social Workers are usually overworked and these kind of people who do this sick crap will go to great length to cover up abuse - we can forget all of that just so that The Daily Mail and the like can have a witch-hunt to put Social Workers' heads on the chopping block to sell some more papers.
