# Cooking
LO, spent today cooking a mean ass hot sauce: 7 habaneros, 20 odd red and green chillis, roast them up in the oven and chop them up, then mix salt, brown sugar rice vinegar and a lime's worth of juice and boil for a quarter of an hour. Whizz the whole lot in the blender and stick it in a bottle. It's super hot but not deadly and the lime makes it taste nice too. Aa good first try, here is the logo:

# Sounds delicious, although immensely crippling.
I think I'll give it a shot. Good logo too.

# JAPAN LOL
Sounds taystee. Is it hotter than the hottest encona chili sauce? If it is, i dont want to know. I like spicy stuff, and i put tabasco on everything, but encona is as hot as i go!

# My bottle of tabasco ran out making fajittas :(
The hottest ive had is a phaal, and that was pretty fine.
I dont know how much hotter I can go.

# Hot:
Significantly hotter than tabasco, habanero tabasco and the Encona original. It isn't gross hot, and even Mrs. Neko conceded it was very flavoursome (through the grimace of pain)

I'm not a hot sauce aficionado, I was contemplating buying some of those fancy sauces then thought bugger it, I can get that stuff from the market, and it was much cheaper and more fun than click click click internet buying.

# Yeah I can drink tabasco, its fine
Your sauce sounds nice tho
I think I may try and make some like it if I can find ingrediants
