As I rarely call these numbers, and even if I have to, I look up the geographical equivalent first on saynoto0870.org, please state why your letter took on such a cheerful tone, when clearly you are fucking me like a bitch

I thought it was a bit peculiar them writing seeing as I'd opted out of anything other than email communications. It makes sense now, the dirty fuckers.
O2 cut me off today because I don't use my mobile enough, I suppose they thought they could pocket the £6 credit I had on the SIM. I'm going to go postal one of these days...

So when they sent me some crap about free calls to numbers I never ring I wondered what had happened to saving the planet.

If you pay by CC / Debit card they have to pay a transaction fee plus around 2% handling fee to the bank.

If you pay by cash or cheque they have to pay people to check it and pay securicor to come and get it from their offices.

Direct debit doesn't cost them anything, so it doesn't cost you anything.
