# I just posted this twenty minutes down the board, so nobody will see.
The US Visa application form apparently includes the question:

Do you seek to enter the United States to engage in export control violations, subversive or terrorist activities, or any other unlawful purpose? Are you a member or representative of a terrorist organization as currently designated by the U.S. Secretary of State? Have you ever participated in Genocide?

Yes or No

That has always been a question on the paper version too.
Also: were you between 1940 and 1945 involved in any nazi activities? Answer yes or no.

If you're interested in this, Frank Zappa has done a nice comment on the form during his Yellow Shark period with the German Ensemble Modern. The track is called 'Welcome to the United States', and the complete form is read out aloud on stage by a person with a very german accent, accompanied by strange sounds and music.
