It's meant to be a slightly gooey brownie.
Alas, I have no ice cream to go with it.
It's also so cocoa-y, folk singers will be singing songs about "The Very Cocoa-y Cake of '09" for years to come.
Recipe :
2 eggs
Load of sugar, flour, cocoa
Pinch of salt, smidgen of vanilla essence
Half a block of melted butter
Mix, stick in baking tray, shove in oven for 20 mins at 200C.

I buy my butter pre-melted, in blocks. Bit awkward to cut but easier to pour.
