Please take a normal look at this picture and rate as follows:

1) Instantly obvious glaring technical problem. What are you playing at, Mr. So-Called Canoehead?
2) Noticeable technical problem, but no big deal.
3) Problem?

The gentleman is leader of the Canadian Federal NDP, Jack Layton. I made this for this site.
