I loved both the Ronnies......Corbett was great on his own. The big letdown was Ernie Wise to the fabulous Eric Morecombe! :)

To be fair, although Barker is my comedy hero, Corbett proved very effective in many 2R sketchesa perfect foil at times for Barker's wordplay, and he is a charming person (have met him at Cromer) with a wicked wit.
Still, I know what you mean, tis a sad loss.
