# Eye-melting action.
Lots of fun.
Well worth a watch on the big screen.
BUT THEY ERASE THE ENTIRE MYTHOLOGY!!!!

# This
I had to sit in a corner and cry myself to sleep

# but if you don't know/care about

# I must say they were pretty loyal to the Wolverine series with this movie
I liked it

# my missus liked it
I couldn't get past the frankly atrocious dialogue. That aside, it was good and there were some good performances in it...

however, like a lot of this stuff - I'd rather see it as several 1 hour long episodes which really go into things in detail rather than skating over the surface

# loyal my fucking arse..

no alpha flight, why the fuck was Gambit in it?...Deadpool
urgh I could go on

# ok ok you're right
still i liked it, and If people want to see the exact thing as in the comics, read the fucking comics.
(, Mon 11 May 2009, 10:53, archived)
# and if film makers want to make films from comics..stick to the fucking comics story canon

# Then I would say it was fantastic
First film I've seen at the cinema for a long time and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

# Going to see it this pm.
I have to say that from the trailers it looks like generic, formulaic Hollywood bollocks that pays absolutely no regard whatsoever to the vision and ethos of the great Gene Roddenberry.

None of which prevented every hair on my neck standing on end at the prospect of seeing it...

# Hmmm, what about If I just watch it as a Spin-off?
maybe it's better to handle..

You can't take it seriously if you see Harold(Harold & Kumar go to White Castle and that wankerguy from American Pie) playing some Space-chang role. Plus Kirk is played by the guy who I know as the nazi-redneck from that kidnap pew pew movie

# It is called a restart or reset
Hi I read comics, and am part of several other fandoms

Welcome to the rest of the world trekkies. Your continuity just got reset. Don't worry Starwars has a few years left before it goes.
