Pretty much, yes.
There's the eyeshine, and the unicorn dreams. It's been getting more explicit in the later edits.

how does a unicorn dream equal "I'm a replicant" ???
and what do you mean by eyeshine?

It means the captain dude knows
what Deckard dreams about, because they're false memories.

Deckard dreams of a unicorn & Gaff later leaves an origami unicorn at his door, implying he knows what Deckard is thinking about, 'cos his dreams are just implants.
And the eyshine is something that pops up on the Replicants, (and robot owl), throughout the movie.
It happens to Deckard in one sequence, hence the theory he's not quite human.

The unicorn dream only re-surfaced in the 1992 Director's Cut, but the spooky eyes were always there..

Implied heavily, but never said.
Unless you count the Ridley Scott interview where he said "Deckard was a Replicant".
