Deckard dreams of a unicorn & Gaff later leaves an origami unicorn at his door, implying he knows what Deckard is thinking about, 'cos his dreams are just implants.
And the eyshine is something that pops up on the Replicants, (and robot owl), throughout the movie.
It happens to Deckard in one sequence, hence the theory he's not quite human.
