What do youse guys use for gif-animation/optimization nowadays?

I still use..
Ulead Gif Animator.. it's a little older and has limited features, but works well for stringing images together and has some pretty useful optimization settings.

I have CS4
so most of ImageReady's functionality is incorporated into Photoshop.
I used to use ImageReady, which was abandoned after CS2 iirc.

I used to love ImageReady
although the greatest pain was opening IR with a Photoshop Sequence and then going backward and forward. But with PS the whole Save to Web to the Animation Window and back is just as annoying. But really it is the best gif animator going IMHO especially for optimisation.
