It can also unblur, uncrop and 'enhance'. Just like they do in the movies.

open the gif in quicktime
save as a .mov
in ps open mov with frames as layers
done

navigate to the folder where your gif is start to type the name of the gif and it will pop up in the drop-down menu - select it.
