# Haha.
This new Photoshop beta I'm running can undo, even after your picture is saved.
It can also unblur, uncrop and 'enhance'. Just like they do in the movies.

# hahaha
god that'd be ace
i bet the cunt still can't import a gif as layers though
(, Tue 2 Feb 2010, 20:01, archived)
# No.
They had to remove all gif-support or it wouldn't fit on one dvd any more.
(, Tue 2 Feb 2010, 20:04, archived)
# It wouldn't have fit on a dvd 9 or 10?
(, Tue 2 Feb 2010, 20:06, archived)
# They use dvd-5's
With the ridiculously low prices Adobe asks for it's software, they can't afford dvd-9's.

# fuckers
(, Tue 2 Feb 2010, 20:08, archived)
# If you're using Windows you can still do that in a roundabout sort of way.
But I vaguely remember you posting a mac desktop in that ridiculous challenge a while ago.
(, Tue 2 Feb 2010, 20:06, archived)
# yes indeed
i've given up trying

edit: i've found a way
open the gif in quicktime
save as a .mov
in ps open mov with frames as layers
done
(, Tue 2 Feb 2010, 20:09, archived)
# You'd probably have to convert the gif to MOV or whatever, and even then it might turn out a bit dodgy.
Not sure it's worth it.

# hahahaha
ah

# Arf
If only b3ta was real-time

# No need to convert to .mov

# File> Import> Video Frames to Layers...
navigate to the folder where your gif is start to type the name of the gif and it will pop up in the drop-down menu - select it.

One Imported Gif to Frames :D

# no it won't if you're on a mac
(, Tue 2 Feb 2010, 20:32, archived)
# If it doesn't appear on the menu
just type the name in full "Mygif.gif" and press load

I don't know why it should do that on a mac - oh well
(, Tue 2 Feb 2010, 20:38, archived)
# nah
fucken adobe bastards
(, Tue 2 Feb 2010, 20:39, archived)
# Have you tried to renaming the file from . gif to .mov
see if that works
(, Tue 2 Feb 2010, 20:41, archived)
# yup
but the 'save as mov' in qt seems to work
so i'm happy
(, Tue 2 Feb 2010, 20:43, archived)
# but that will usually result in some loss of data
(, Tue 2 Feb 2010, 20:45, archived)
# but if i'm only going to end up drawing cocks on the layers and reoptimising it
i can live with that :)
