Just needs a space frame/cage building up to support the extra weight and stop it folding in the middle. Could probably do with a 2L+ engine to get you up the hills as well. You'd need to chop up a few splittys for the roof sections to make one of these tho, which would make the cost a bit prohibitive - unless you're an incredible fabricator.
