But, then again, I think that the possession and use of all drugs should be decriminalised - and this is precisely because (among other things) to use them is frequently very stupid and quite dangerous.

Decriminalisation would allow regulation, quality control, and effective public health programmes. (It'd have many other benefits, too, to boot.)
