It's awesome. It was pretty fucked up to start with, and then they did a late night version where they messed around with the colour and sound and then the DVD contained further alternative versions of each episode including miniturised, compressed to 30 seconds and 'quadrilateral lava lamp', as well as an enforced viewing mode.

Having been briefly in TV repair...
I can honestly say it's incredibly hard not to try and re create this sketch with disgruntled customers and usually ends in trying to get out of the house without bursting out laughing.
