I'd have perferred the 'Elephant' version ^
But it's one of Bruce Willis' films I have never seen fully - it got very weird and I got bored I think or was that 12 Monkeys?

The Fifth Element is a lovely film.
Ticks all the boxes for Saturday nights in. Which is why ITV2 shows it almost every Saturday night.
Also, The Fifth Elephant was a Pratchett book, no. 47663, if I remeber correctly. They stopped being interesting after about the fifth one.

Indeed I bought Colour of Magic, The Light Fantastic, Mort, and Weird Sisters
after that I stopped as it just became very samey.

I must admit that when I heard
Terry Pratchett had Alzheimers I did think
"Aaaaah, that explains why he wrote the same book 25 times..."
I was a fan from the early days but some of them are rather cack these days.
Edit - damn - beaten too it...

I used to like his stuff when I was a kid.
But I bought a copy of "Interesting Times" and found it was nothing of the sort.
On an unrelated note, I wish Bill Bryson would publish more. Been quiet lately.
