I also converted the roof of my rental house into a bedroom before Xmas. That was a bloody good job. Very pleased with that and I got to put the rent up :)

That's actually
a 19th century Provencal armoire made of elm. Worth about 4 grand. Yes, it is rather nice. Keep meaning to bring it to my house but it does not fit with my current decor so I leave it in the rental house fearing the day it gets burned down.
