It's bloody gorgeous and no need to pre render it all.
Also the sound design is out of this world which is lost with the rock sound track.

Online is needed for all the server side data and DRM I assume.

It has a bitch of a learning curve, and you'll need a throttle/stick thing to fly it properly, but damn its good.
