
The mad thing is this was probably broadcast last week.
The Germans and the Dutch have this thing for "umbah" music and have programmes like those dire "Saturday night at the seeside" sort of shows you used to see in the 70 in the UK.
They hold these huge shows in town squares and have all different kinds of acts on like this and worse and thousands go to watch live and millions watch on TV.

... But here at least it's done in a slightly surrealistic manner: it's awfull, but it's fun, let's all sing along and have beers!
The Dutch actually like the 'orrible noise...

Google "Antenne Bayern Schlager". Admittedly a random digital/online station, but there's plenty out there.
I'd post it, but the FAQ clearly states no shock sites.

I really do have a soft spot for German culture but those massed events with the fancy dress and the schlager give me the fear.
