Sad that the press has made her death about being vegan and not the dangers of altitude sickness which kills even more meat eaters (not because of their diet, just numbers)

her being vegan really didn't have much to do with it, though I suspect if she hadn't died she would have bored the rest of us shitless telling the world she climbed that mountain and is a vegan

Everyone else around you is eating shit quite happily, then one of them offers you a piece of shit. You say "no thanks" and they look at you funny. "Why?" they ask. "Sorry," you reply, "I don't eat shit."

That tends to be how vegans come out. It's quite different to you bursting into a room full of people eating shit and shouting "Hey everybody, I don't eat shit! It's disgusting!"

I know a fair few vegans and vegetarians, and noone's yet tried to tell me what I should eat or not eat.

It's like smoking, I don't care if people smoke even if it's generally regarded as a bad habit. But you just know there's this one asshat in every town going around telling people off for having a ciggie. Some people are just jerks.
