Homelessness Reduction Bill 2016
OK, I've done minimal research on this, but anything that gets councils doing more to prevent homelessness is alright in my book. Especially if it diverts resources from something ghastly like "diversity".

What do the homeless do all day? Not as though they have to get through a whole morning's housework before going looking for Brasso* to drink or Evostick* to sniff.

The one who blocked a bill to guarantee rented accommodation would be fit for habitation. The one who said he would vote for Donald Trump in a heartbeat.

On the bright side, his complaint that Russel Howard called him a wanker has been rejected by the BBC.
