Where the land is slipping,
is that waterlogged land, or is that solid suddenly acting as a fluid?

From the way it moves in the second clip
it appears to be solid land moving like a liquid. When it stops flowing it looks like a mix of rocks and soil, not waterlogged.
Obviously, there may well be water in there, but to me, it looks like it just lost cohesion and started flowing.
