Guide matches local time (GMT) here...
I don't know if the site adjusts according to a visitor's timezone.
The content isn't actually streamed 'live', videos are just queued up according to a preset schedule. You can play ones of your choosing if you know the URL [links moved below].
Edit: So, changing system time does change which video is streamed and from what point, e.g. changing it to 2250 today (Friday) plays Underground USA #6. I might update the list of links above further when I finish work later today.
